· Elements of our operations may rely on services provided by Afrihost. These are governed by Afrihost’s General Terms and Conditions .

Under the Consumer Protection Act and POPIA, Consumers have the right to restrict unwanted marketing and to object to the processing of their personal information for direct marketing purposes.
In the case where the Consumer is a business entity:
- The Consumer is responsible for informing all relevant parties about the principles of data sharing, which includes the collection, use, and sharing of personal information with ACM Track. This responsibility entails ensuring that individuals whose data is shared are fully informed of the purpose for which their data is collected and how it will be processed, in compliance with applicable data protection laws, such as POPIA and other relevant regulations.
- The Consumer must ensure that all necessary consents and authorizations are obtained from individuals whose personal information will be shared with ACM Track. This includes providing clear, transparent notices to individuals about the use of their data and their rights under data protection laws.
- ACM Track will process personal data only as described in its Privacy Policy and for the purposes explicitly outlined. The Consumer is responsible for ensuring that their data-sharing practices comply with all applicable legal requirements. [SH1]

- If your information is inaccurate, outdated, or unlawfully obtained, you may request corrections or deletion by submitting a written notice. Verification documents may be required, and changes may take up to 15 business days to reflect. Note:
o Some information may be retained as required by law.
o Deletion of certain data might terminate our business relationship.
- You may object to the processing of your information on reasonable grounds. However, we may continue processing if it is lawful, based on your consent, or necessary for fulfilling a contract.
- You may withdraw your consent for processing. However, it may take up to 10 to 15 business days for the withdrawal to take effect. During this time, processing may continue if permitted or required by law.
