Website/Application Terms of Use
This document outlines the Terms of Use for ACM Technology CC TA ACM Track, including its affiliates, regarding the ACM Track website at www.acmtrack.co.za, https://www.acmdestiny.net/#/ and https://clientzone.acmtrack.com ACM Track application software you may install, download, or access on a mobile device, such as a smartphone or tablet (“App” or “Application”). Collectively, these are referred to as the “Site.” By using the Site, you agree to abide by these Terms, so please review them carefully.
ACM Track provides online access to information about its products and services, as well as certain online services available to you through agreements with ACM Track (the “Service”). By accessing and using the Site, you agree to each of these Terms. Additional terms for specific Site areas or transactions may also apply, and together with these Terms, form this “Agreement.”
ACM Track may amend this Agreement without notice. Continued use of the Site after amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
1. Privacy
By using the Site, you agree to ACM Track’s Privacy Policy, which includes permission for ACM Track or its affiliates to contact you regarding changes to services or to introduce new services. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.
2. Use of Site
The Site, Services, and all content, including information, images, and media (collectively “Content”), are for your personal, non-commercial use to learn about ACM Track's offerings. ACM TRACK PROVIDES THE SITE, SERVICES, AND CONTENT “AS IS,” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. ACM TRACK DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE SITE OR SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
7. Limitation of Liability
ACM Track is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Site, Service, or Content. If you are dissatisfied with the Site or Services, your exclusive remedy is to discontinue use.

You agree to indemnify ACM Track and its affiliates from all claims and expenses, including attorney’s fees, related to your use or misuse of the Site.

10. Downloading Files
